Returns & Delivery
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!
We offer free UK returns within 21 days of delivery of your product(s). You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Sample sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned with original packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
- Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
- Send all items back to us using the label provided.
Additional Information:
Once we receive your products in their original condition, we will process your return within 3 days:
- If you opted for a refund, you will receive your funds back via your original payment method within 14 days.
- If you opted to exchange for another product, we will ship this out to you within 2 working days.
- If you opted for Weirdstock credit, we will email you a voucher to the value of your return right away.

Delivery
When you make a purchase with us of over £100, UK standard shipping is free. This discount will be automatically added to your basket.
For orders less than £100, standard shipping costs £5.99.
We also have express shipping options too, facilitated by DHL. Order with express shipping by 2pm to get next day delivery.
International
As of January 2024, we are now trialling international delivery to the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the EU. The relevant cost will be added to your basket at checkout based on your item value and weight. The price may seem a little high, but that's because we've covered customs and duties too, so it'll go straight to your address and there's no need to worry about a surprise customs bill!
Unfortunately as a small business, we are not able to cover the cost of international returns, so any returns will be at the customer's own expense.
