Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• Sample sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned with original packaging.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
2. UK returns will be charged a blanket rate of £4.50 per transaction. This will be deducted from your refund amount.
3. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
4. Send all items back to us using the label provided.

Additional Information:

Once we receive your products in their original condition, we will process your return within 3 days:

• If you opted for a refund, you will receive your funds back via your original payment method within 14 days. 
• If you opted to exchange for another product, we will ship this out to you within 2 working days. 
• If you opted for Weirdstock credit, we will email you a voucher to the value of your return right away.

Delivery

When you make a purchase with us of over £100, UK standard shipping is free. This discount will be automatically added to your basket.

For orders less than £100, standard shipping costs £5.99.

We also have express shipping options too, facilitated by DHL. Order with express shipping by 2pm to get next day delivery.

International

As of January 2024, we are now trialling international delivery. The relevant cost will be added to your basket at checkout based on your item value and weight. 

Customs and duties are covered in the US up to $800USD, Canada up to $800CAD, in Australia up to $1000AUD and in New Zealand up to NZ$1000. Anything beyond that, the customer will be asked by their local customs authorities to cover the cost of any customs and duties bill, and Weirdstock is not liable for that.

Unfortunately as a small business, we are not able to cover the cost of international returns, so any returns will be at the customer's own expense.

We are partnered with DHL for international shipping, so you can trust that your Weirdstock goodies will get to you safely and quickly.

EU and Northern Ireland Shipping

Due to new EU regulations called GPSR, we paused shipping to Northern Ireland and the EU in December 2024 but the good news is, as of March 2025 we are back!

We were always confident that we could meet the new safety standards. Our fabrics are already certified by organisations like GOTS, which ensures they meet high environmental standards, and also Oeko-Tex, meaning they're free from harmful toxins.

We've been working hard behind the scenes to make sure we're compliant, and as on 16th March 2025 we've resumed shipping to NI and the EU!

Important note (for EU only - NOT NI): The De Minimis threshold for EU imports is significantly lower than other countries we ship to. This means that any order with the value of over 150EUR will be liable for customs, which is the customer will be required to pay. Unfortunately, as a small business, we are not able to cover customs costs. Please consider this when purchasing.
